At Lifelines, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your new fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
